RXSOL 664 is a diphase, liquid product based on volatile aliphatic solvent and also containing tar-acids, corrosion inhibitors and alkaline soaps. It is used for the removal of hard carbon and paint from engineering components and equipment. RXSOL  664 is a good general purpose, immersion paint remover and will usually remove the following types of organic finishes – cellulose paints, air drying alkyds and acrylics, one pack polyurethanes and some epoxies depending on type and nature of the substrate.

RXSOL 14 is a blend of mineral acid, surfactants and inhibitors. RXSOL 14 will remove rust, heat treatment scale and welding scale from ferrous metals simply and economically. Before operating the process described it is important that this complete document, together with any relevant Safety Data sheets, be read and understood.

Equipment materials

Polythene, polypropylene and unplasticised PVC are suitable materials for tank construction. Stainless steel and mild steel are not suitable.

RXSOL-16-1007-210  is a liquid blend of organic solvent with heavy duty & concentrated emulsifying Acidic agents, which is developed for cleaning stainless steel separator discs. An extremely effective for removal of SALT DEPOSITION (Salts of Calcium Carbonate etc.) burnt grease , carbon deposit , oily residues and lacquers found in fuel oil and lube oil purifiers and filters. NOTE:- Mechanical cleaning ( Scrubbing and Brushing ) damage to discs which results in poor performance.
