Viscosity of emulsion, helping to meet standard parameter and also reduce emulsion run-off in open graded mixes as well as helps to use in slop area. Higher viscocity emulsion freely can be added to the water phase or to the finished emulsion typically at levels of 0.02–0.20 %.
