Deep Blue is a real money saver when diluted with water for non-freezing conditions. This windshield cleaner will penetrate and clean bugs, dirt, and grime. This product is made to be diluted 1 gallon to 54 - 100 gallons of water.
This product may be used for a glass cleaner when diluted 1 to 120 parts water.
