For lotion dosage form: For dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis: For DermaZinc Scalp: Adults—Apply to scalp one to three times a day or as directed by the doctor. For DermaZinc Spray: Adults—Apply one spray to affected skin of body, face, or scalp one to three times a day or as directed by the doctor.
A sample splitting technique is introduced to compensate for both reagent and sample blanks. The proposed method showed equal or greater tolerance to common metal interferences than the chloral hydrate system, with the exception of manganese.
The isolation of zinc, by selective release from its cyanide complex and subsequent determination with 2-carboxy-2'-hydroxy-5'-sulfoformazyl-benzene (zincon), has been studied, and a simplified procedure has been developed.
